Bushwacka's Dolby Atmos Studio, Ibiza, Music Studio Design & Acoustic Architecture
Full case study coming soon.
Bushwacka is one of UK electronic music's most respected producers and DJs, and his new studio at Hub Ibiza is built to match that reputation. Designed from scratch as a fully sealed room-within-a-room, the space uses the latest acoustic decoupling technology and high-performance absorption to achieve near-total isolation from the surrounding offices, creating a working environment with no compromise on silence or focus.

At the centre of the room is a 13-channel Dolby Atmos system built around Genelec monitors, physically time-aligned to a single optimised listening position. Every speaker placement, every panel, every surface was calculated to serve that central point. The result is a reference-grade listening environment that can handle the full spatial demands of modern Atmos production.
The layout was designed around a sole producer working at pace. Instruments are within arm's reach of the workstation, the desk ergonomics support long sessions, and linear LED mood lighting keeps the space focused without being clinical. Climate control connects to the wider Hub Ibiza complex, keeping conditions consistent regardless of the Ibizan heat outside.
Together with the wider Hub Ibiza facility, this studio makes Ibiza a genuinely serious destination for music production at the highest level.
