Moos Salad Bar, Ibiza, Restaurant & Hospitality Design
Moos is one of Ibiza's most popular destinations for fresh, health-conscious dining. The redesign brief was simple in ambition but precise in execution: create a space that felt as good as the food, and spoke directly to the young, affluent audience it serves.
The concept centred on natural materials and a clean, minimal aesthetic. Exposed concrete walls and ceilings provide the raw industrial base, softened by warm timber joinery, aged steel-frame crittall-style partitions, and an abundance of indoor plants that blur the boundary between inside and out. The "Fresh & Healthy" green neon above the open kitchen counter gives the space a single, well-placed moment of personality against an otherwise restrained palette.
The layout was designed with the customer experience at its core. The open kitchen brings the preparation into view, reinforcing the transparency of the brand. The chalk-written menu on a raw plaster wall keeps the ordering experience tactile and informal. The terrace and interior flow together naturally, giving the space an easy, unhurried quality that suits the Ibiza lifestyle.
From the initial hand-drawn concept sketches through to the finished interior, the result is a space that earns its reputation without trying too hard.
